Statistics:
  • CPR Can double a persons chance of surviving sudden cardiac arrest
  • The average response time for first responders once 911 is called is 8-12 minutes.
  • If CPR is started within four (4) minutes of collapse and defibrilation (AED) provided within ten (10) minutes the person has a 49% - 74% chance of survival
  • If defribrillation can be provided within the first minute the patient stands a 90% chance of survival

More individuals and companies are realizing the importance of receiving training in CPR, First Aid and AED. The ability of a trained individual to assist in an emergency until help can arrive is a vital part of the chain of survival a person, child or infant has.
